John Scarangello is an esteemed IFPA certified personal trainer with an illustrious career spanning over two decades. Since obtaining his certification in 1996, John has amassed an impressive 30,000 hours of hands-on experience, becoming a well-respected figure in the fitness industry.

His journey into the world of fitness began in his high school years, where he excelled as a gymnast and wrestler, laying the foundation for his profound understanding of physical conditioning and discipline. John further honed his athletic prowess as a college track and cross country captain, as well as an avid tennis player and distance runner, showcasing his diverse range of expertise in various disciplines.

With a passion for holistic wellness, John expanded his repertoire to include indoor cycling and yoga instruction, recognizing the importance of a well-rounded approach to fitness. Furthermore, his dedication to understanding the mind-body connection led him to spend time in Tibet, where he delved into the study of Qi Gong, delving into the intricate realm of energy work.

John’s training philosophy is characterized by his whole person, full-body approach, emphasizing the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being.
